Well this is a little bit about me I guess. I am 34 and come from sunny Wolverhampton which is in the West Midlands, England. I am a single nerd and gadget freak who spends way too much time on the net. This is probably the third blog I have set up but this time it might actually get some use I am going to use it to plot my journey to lose weight using the Cambridge Diet.
