You have to love the council. About three months ago they fitted me with all double glazing which was great but then they decided to replace all the fascias and guttering with new UPVC ones. They came and put the scaffolding up then left it there two months before actually doing any work. Eventually they came and did all the work they needed to do but that was all finished nearly a month ago.

What do you do on Sundays? Do you spend the day in church repenting  your sins? Spend the day in pub drowning your sorrows? or are you a couch potatoes like me? Personally I think mine is the best option as you do not need to go outside, you do not need to sit in an old cold building, you do not spend a fortune and you do not get a hangover.

OK there is this cat and it is freaking me out. For about a year now this cat has been stalking me. This feline fiend sits at the end of my garden for hours on end and just stares through my living room window looking at me. It does not lie down or laze in the sun, it just sits upright, ears up, undressing me with its eyes (ok maybe not but you get the idea). Every time I look through the window it is there, day or night, it just appears, I can sense it. If I hammer the window or shout at it the bloody think just looks at me and smiles.

Day three nearly over and everything is fine, the cold has gone, feeling a lot better so I guess I am in Ketosis now. Not feeling hungry at all which is all good but I am missing eating so look forward to been able to have the tetra shakes, mousse and bars just for the different texture.
