I warn you now that today has not been my proudest day and I am a total plonker. Last night I watched this stupid television show called Man v Food. Now if you have not see this programme it is basically about a bloke going around America trying to eat the biggest things he can find including ridiculous sized burgers and sandwiches containing 4lb of Pork. I said to Mazza at the time I know I had a problem when the first thought it my mind was “mmmm I could just eat one of them”.

I got told off last night by Michelle Copp for not updating my blog often enough and I know she is right but I am just that bloody boring I have nothing exciting to tell you. Michelle apparently wants me to be naughty as she is a very bad girl and a bit of a babe to be honest, have you seen her new profile pic of her in that purple dress? She really is a hotty even though I know she does not believe it 99% of the time. This kinda brings me on to my next point about you women, why the hell do you all want to be skinny? Just stop it ok because none of us will ever look like those air brushed waifs in the magazines and I would choose a real woman with real curves any day of the week.

Well I had my first diabetic review yesterday and it all seemed to go ok, my blood levels are only just above normal but I need to get the weight off and lower my Cholesterol. My Cholesterol level was 6 which apparently is pretty average but because I am diabetic I need to get it down to about 4. The nurse ran through a lot of the potential risks of diabetes which is kinda scary as I guess I have not been taking it too seriously. I now have a small mountain of leaflets to read and need to have some more blood tests done. The only thing I don’t like is I need to go for regular eye tests, I have avoided the opticians for years as both my brother and sister are going blind and to be honest I just did not want to know if I have the same condition (what’s the point if there is no cure).
