I need some hot stuff ;-)

Well the first mile stone is over, today is seven days, one whole week with no food and it has gone surprisingly well. One slight temptation on Saturday night which I did not succumb to. The shakes are still going well but I think I need to buy less chocolate one next time, they are nice but I prefer the fruit flavoured ones.

After next week I can start on the bars, these are the flavours I have to look forward to:

  • Malt Toffee - covered in milk choc

  • Caramel - covered in milk choc

  • Chocolate - covered in milk choc

  • Orange - covered in plain choc

  • Peanut Crunch – milk chocolate

  • Cranberry Crunch – milk chocolate

I can also start using some of the flavoured water and mousse so things wont be quite so boring. There are also a range of soups too but I am too fussy and don’t like any of the flavours which is a shame as I would like something hot (nudge, nudge, wink, wink, ladies).

Well this is a little bit about me I guess. I am 36 and come from sunny Wolverhampton which is in the West Midlands, England. I am a single nerd and gadget freak who spends way too much time on the net. This is probably the third blog I have set up but this time it might actually get some use I am going to use it to plot my journey to lose weight using the Cambridge Diet. Come back soon and see how I am going!
