I survived !

Well it’s started, I am finally on the Diet. Met my Cambridge Councillor Sam today and she was lovely, explained everything to me, got me all my supplies and set me on my way. For my next two weeks I will be living on shakes and water. There is a great range of flavours but I went for banana, chocolate, chocolate mint, chocolate orange, fruits of the forest, strawberry, toffee and walnut and vanilla.

My first day has gone ok, tried strawberry, fruits of the forest and chocolate orange and they all taste great with none of the weird after tastes I expected. No real side effects apart from a slight headache and struggling to force the water down.

In the coming weeks I will be able to add tetra packs which are pre-made shakes in cartons which apparently I can freeze into an ice cream type substance, cant wait. I can also start having bars instead of shakes which sound quite nice and come in caramel, chocolate, malt toffee, dark chocolate orange, cranberry crunch and peanut crunch flavours.

So day one and all is fine, hopefully the next two days will run this smooth and then Ketosis will kick in and everything will get easier ………. apparently.

Woohooooooooo :D day one and going well. All the flavours of the shakes and bars sound yummyyyyyyy :)Keep the posts coming in, its so exciting!!!
