Diet minus one day

Well tomorrow is the big day, the day I have been waiting for now for seven long weeks, the start of the rest of my life (hopefully) TOMORROW IS CAMBRIDGE DAY (waits for the applause to die down). I am nervous, excited and downright terrified but I really cant wait to start now.

For the next god knows how many months my new diet will consist of shakes and water; not sure how I am going to cope with this really, I think I will miss the actual physical feeling of eating more then the food itself but I know I can substitute a shake for a bar every now and then.

Just been talking to a new friend of mine who is doing Cambridge (and looks great) and apparently I will be knackered and constipated for the rest of the week so I am warning you now that I might get a bit ratty.

I will post some pictures tomorrow of all my new supplies. I used this as an excuse to buy a new gadget as well, nothing special just a new hand blender………..honest It’s essential.

I can’t believe I am five days into a new blog and not missed a day; I wonder if I can make it a whole week.

Yay 5 days into your new blog! please don’t give up,i am curious and interested in how your getting on and anyway you might suffer similar symptoms to PMT lol and have your knickers in a twist!! We will be able to avoid you on MSN if we are pre warned thru your blog of any mood swings pmsl only joking (ish) No seriously, i think you are very brave for going for it! Takes a strong person to actually follow it through, theres too many people out there that are all talk and no action!
I wish you all the luck in the world, i know its something you REALLY want to do and you sound VERY determined! I have alot of faith in you Lee :) Keep strong,Chin up!! xxxxxxxxxx
